Supporting cloud infrastructure and troubleshooting. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Cloud Support Associate (Fresher) to join our technical support team. This role involves supporting cloud infrastructure, assisting with day-to-day cloud operations, and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and performance of cloud-hosted services. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for cloud-based systems and applications. Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, availability, and security alerts. Troubleshoot incidents and resolve basic technical issues related to cloud services. Work with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Assist in the deployment and configuration of cloud services (e.g., compute, storage, networking). Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and processes. Education -B.Tech CS /IT
