Job Summary:

We are hiring a professional and proactive Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives. The role requires regular client visits, personalized engagement, and ensuring a high-touch experience that aligns with business goals and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders during client visits
• Build and nurture long-term professional relationships through personalized service
• Conduct high-impact meetings, presentations, and follow-ups tailored to executive-level expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions based on client goals
• Maintain detailed records of executive interactions and engagement plans
• Actively contribute to client retention, upselling, and strategic account growth initiatives
