Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Client Servicing professional located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services. Daily tasks include handling client communications, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with financial teams to manage budgets and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Skills in Client Services and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge of financial processes related to client management
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry is a plus
