Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate event planning, execution, and vendor management to deliver successful brand activations.
  • Develop strong understanding of clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions for their events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services from concept to completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management or Event Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
