Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relations and Customer Support Executive. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing client queries, and acting as a key link between the company and its customers. The ideal candidate should be proactive, empathetic, and have a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding queries, complaints, service requests, and general assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations, etc.) to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in CRM systems.
  • Proactively communicate service updates, follow up on unresolved issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Generate client reports, service feedback summaries, and assist in customer surveys.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction) and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in customer support, client servicing, or account management roles.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
