Job Role: Civil Trainee Engineer Experience: 2 to 10 years Location: Mumbai and Pune Job summary As a Trainee Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will encompass site management support, assistance in pre-construction activities, project billing, and coordination of materials and labor. Key Responsibilities Site Management Support : Assist in day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project timelines. Monitor and report on site activities, including progress, safety compliance, and quality control. Pre-construction Activities Support : Conduct site due diligence, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and assist in the preparation of project-related documentation. Project Billing and Coordination : Assist in project billing activities, coordinate with the finance department, manage material and equipment inventory, and coordinate with the labor workforce. Project Support : Assist project managers in monitoring project progress, support project coordination activities, and contribute to project reports and presentations. Key Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience : Previous experience in a similar role or internship in the construction industry is preferred. Knowledge : Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
