Job Description:

R & R Builders is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on site experience in civil construction projects, with a solid understanding of execution, site coordination, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Check levels, layout, and material requirements on-site.
• Assist in managing site safety, material handling, and equipment usage.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and report issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in site execution or civil project management.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and civil construction practices.
• Strong understanding of site measurements, BOQ, and project timelines.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Willing to travel or relocate to project sites if required.
