Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Directory Services Open Positions: 1 Experience Required: 8–15 years Location: Coimbatore Role Overview: We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational strategy and execution of our new Directory Services Project. The ideal candidate must have significant leadership experience in platform-based directory companies such as Just Dial, IndiaMART, or Sulekha. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end operations of the directory project Build operational processes, performance metrics, and execution models Liaise with tech, content, marketing, and business teams to align goals Drive vendor and listing acquisition operations Ensure high levels of service delivery, partner satisfaction, and quality control Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team Desired Candidate Profile: 8–15 years of operational leadership in directory/listing platforms Prior experience in senior roles at Just Dial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, or similar organizations Strong understanding of platform economics, operations, and scaling models Strategic thinker with execution capability and process orientation Proven track record of managing large teams and cross-functional leadership Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Directory Services: 8 years (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
