Job Description

Role: ERCG-GRIEVANCE MANAGEMENT

Job Profile

To conduct technical auditing of all functions as per the approved audit plan. Ensuring that the regulatory and internal policies are being adhered to and incorporated into the processes and procedures.

Roles Responsibilities

  • Setting up of the audit calendar
  • Liaisoning with the external IA firms
  • Complete the allocated audit exercise, as per the documented process, liaisoning with the auditee teams
  • Identify gaps in the existing processes to prevent fraud and misuse by using analytics
  • Prepare reports that reflect audit result and follow up on compliance
  • Maintain ATR tracker and ensure closure
  • Complete the allocated Management Audits
  • Provide suggestions on Loss minimization mitigation
CA with 8 to 10 yrs of experience in BFSI sector.
