Vital Group, a listed entity, is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and long-term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and all statutory regulations
• Manage investor relations and financial disclosures
• Lead internal audits, risk management, and corporate governance
• Guide strategic decisions with financial insight

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO or in a senior finance leadership role (preferably in a listed company)
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and SEBI/stock exchange compliance
• CA/CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹39,483.35 - ₹144,526.15 per month
