We're Hiring – Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad Company: Vital Group (Listed Company) Vital Group, a listed entity, is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and long-term financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and all statutory regulations Manage investor relations and financial disclosures Lead internal audits, risk management, and corporate governance Guide strategic decisions with financial insight Requirements: Proven experience as CFO or in a senior finance leadership role (preferably in a listed company) Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and SEBI/stock exchange compliance CA/CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹38,687.59 - ₹142,165.65 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
