As part of our greenfield expansion in the textile sector, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CFO to join our team. The role will focus on managing the financial aspects of new projects, tax planning, investment analysis, and ensuring statutory compliance.

### *Position Summary*

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, particularly focusing on new greenfield textile manufacturing projects. This role will involve tax planning, investment analysis, and ensuring full compliance with all financial and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in financial management, tax strategy, and regulatory compliance, preferably with experience in the textile or manufacturing industry.

### *Key Responsibilities*

- *Greenfield Project Finance Management*:

- Oversee financial planning and execution of greenfield textile manufacturing projects.

- Ensure alignment with company financial objectives and manage project costs effectively.

- *Financial Strategy and Planning*:

- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in collaboration with the executive team.

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and long-term financial models.

- *Investment Analysis*:

- Evaluate and provide analysis for new investment opportunities, ensuring sound financial decision-making.

- Lead capital allocation decisions and assess the financial feasibility of potential projects.

- *Tax Planning and Compliance*:

- Develop efficient tax strategies and manage tax obligations.

- Ensure compliance with local and national tax laws and regulations.

- *Statutory Compliance*:

- Oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant statutory and financial regulations, including audits and financial reporting.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

- *Risk Management*:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through strong internal controls.

- Ensure that financial practices are compliant with the law and the company’s policies.

- *Team Leadership*:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous improvement in financial operations and reporting.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

### *Qualifications*

- *Education*: Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), MBA in Finance, or equivalent.

- *Experience*:

- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.

- Proven experience in managing the financial aspects of greenfield projects.

- *Skills*:

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

- Expertise in tax planning, statutory compliance, and risk management.

- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
