Job Title: Chemistry Faculty – RAO IIT MEDICAL (Junior/Senior)Location: Machilipatnam (near Vijayawada), Andhra Pradesh Institution: RAO IIT MEDICAL Subjects: Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry Position Type: Full-time (Residential or Day Faculty) Job Summary:RAO IIT MEDICAL, a premier coaching institute for JEE & NEET aspirants, is looking for talented, passionate, and dedicated Chemistry faculty members to join its team at the Machilipatnam branch. The ideal candidates will have strong subject knowledge, teaching experience, and a genuine interest in mentoring students preparing for IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced) and NEET-UG examinations. Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging and well-structured classroom sessions for 11th & 12th grade and repeaters. Deliver high-quality teaching in Physical, Organic, and/or Inorganic Chemistry. Prepare study materials, assignments, and test papers aligned with NEET & JEE syllabus. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes. Monitor student performance regularly and provide feedback. Collaborate with academic coordinators and other faculty to ensure content consistency. Participate in periodic training and workshops to stay updated with the latest exam patterns and pedagogy. Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: M.Sc./Ph.D. in Chemistry or equivalent; B.Tech./M.Tech. (for JEE segment) may also be considered. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience for NEET/JEE preferred. Freshers with strong academic records and aptitude for teaching can also apply. Skills: Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Strong command over the subject and concept clarity.
