At Suchali’s Artisan Bakehouse, we’re passionate about handcrafting exceptional sourdoughs, viennoiseries, and baked goods with precision and purpose. We're growing, and we’re looking for skilled professionals to grow with us.

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) with a strong foundation in bakery or pastry production and a passion for working with artisanal techniques.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

🥐 4+ years of experience in a professional bakery or patisserie

🍞 Strong knowledge of baking techniques and production processes

👨‍🍳 Ability to manage a section independently and work with SOPs

🧁 Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee daily production of assigned bakery/pastry items

– Ensure consistency, hygiene, and presentation across all outputs

– Support junior staff and collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Baker

– Maintain inventory and uphold food safety standards
