Role Overview
Chat360 is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its technology team, oversee product development, and ensure the scalability of AI solutionsThe role involves managing projects, mentoring engineers, and working with cross-functional teams to build chatbot technology

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineersOversee product architecture, development, and deploymentEnsure best practices in coding, security, and performanceCollaborate with Product and Business teams to align technical and business goalsDrive Agile processes and optimize workflowsRequirementsStrong experience in backend development Node.js, Python, Java, etc

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
