About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chat Support Intern to join our customer support team. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, and social media platforms professionally and promptly
• Provide information on products, assist with order tracking, and resolve basic customer concerns
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Assist in general customer engagement and support tasks

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and customer service practices
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
