Job Description

Designation: Chat Support Executive

Location: Noida

The key expectations of the role:

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate information and assistance related to our products and services.

· Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide guidance on product usage and benefits professionally and courteously.

· Efficiently manage a high volume of chat conversations on a daily basis while maintaining quality and responsiveness.

· Proactively engage with customers to identify potential leads and opportunities, and assist in converting leads into sales.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer queries and promote offerings.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for future reference and analysis.

· Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall chat support experience.

· Work closely with other team members, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and provide support as needed.

Competencies required:

· Prior experience in chat support or customer service roles is preferred, with the ability to handle a large volume of chats effectively

· Strong understanding of health, wellness, Ayurveda, and Yoga principles and practices.

· Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

· Knowledge of MS Office Applications.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

· Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field is preferred.

· A minimum experience of 1-3 years.

· Having Knowledge of women’s health and fitness would be preferred
