Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and student-friendly Chat Support Executive to manage and respond to queries from students, parents, and prospective applicants through our online chat platform. This role ensures smooth communication, timely resolution of doubts, and a professional experience for all users engaging with our institute online. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming queries via website/live chat, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms. Provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, schedules, fees, faculty, and institute policies. Guide students through the admission or enrollment process when required. Address student/parent concerns promptly and escalate to relevant departments if needed. Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-up as necessary. Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to keep responses updated. Ensure a courteous, clear, and student-focused communication tone.
