Job Description

The Channel Sales Manager for New Partner Acquisition will be responsible for driving new partner acquisition and channel development for our CRM and GPS-based attendance management software solutions, targeting B2B IT/SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the IT/SaaS sector. Key responsibilities include identifying, onboarding, and managing new channel partners, resellers, and system integrators. The Channel Sales Manager will drive revenue through indirect sales channels, promote CRM and GPS attendance solutions through product demos and presentations, and build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product, and support will be essential to enable partner success. The successful candidate must possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. They should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and proficient in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Experience with CRM solutions, HRMS, or attendance management systems is a plus, along with an understanding of the IT reseller ecosystem and partner sales models. Preferred skills include experience in SaaS product sales in HR/Attendance/Field Force domains, knowledge of GPS-based or mobile workforce management tools, and the ability to occasionally travel for partner meetups or expos.
