Channel Partner Team

As a channel partner, you will play a key role in expanding our network of brokers, agents, and referral partners to drive property sales and achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and managing new channel partners such as brokers, real estate consultants, and referral agents. Building strong relationships with these partners will be essential to ensuring long-term collaboration and a consistent inflow of business. Collaboration with channel partners will be crucial in promoting residential and commercial properties. You will be expected to provide partners with up-to-date project information, sales kits, and marketing materials to support them in closing deals and achieving sales targets through channel-led leads. Training and engagement of channel partners will also be a significant part of your role. This will involve educating partners on company offerings, pricing structures, and unique selling points. Organizing partner meets, site visits, and incentive programs will help motivate and engage partners in driving sales. Managing leads generated through partners will be another key responsibility. It will be important to track leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate information in CRM systems to facilitate efficient lead management. Additionally, you will be required to monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and provide insights for strategy improvement. Relaying customer feedback to help refine marketing and sales efforts will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. With 2-5 years of experience, you may be designated as an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
