We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing property sales, building customer relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to maximize reach and revenue. Key Responsibilities:Sales:Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and site visits. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details to prospective buyers. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain regular follow-ups and client relationships. Maintain proper records of leads, calls, visits, and conversions in CRM. Marketing:Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns (online/offline). Coordinate with digital marketing teams for lead generation. Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and expos. Work on branding activities and distribute marketing materials. Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skills. Persuasive and confident personality. Goal-oriented with a proven sales track record (if experienced). Good understanding of the local real estate market. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools (preferred). Eligibility:Education: Any Graduate (BBA/B.Com/BSc etc.); MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
