Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the center. Act as the primary liaison with local government bodies , community leaders, and vendors. Supervise field staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries to ensure effective implementation of NGO programs. Maintain accurate records, daily reports, attendance, and inventory logs. Ensure timely delivery of services such as free ambulance operations, awareness drives, and community outreach. Handle local issues promptly and communicate key updates to the head office. Coordinate visits from donors, media, and partners. Ensure the center complies with all NGO policies, regulations, and documentation standards. Resident of Madhubani or nearby area preferred.
