Role & Responsibilities:

Managing end to end recruitment services for clients at PAN India level.
Proficiency in team handling and administrative functions.
Heading the recruitment business Touch-point Center operations and recruitment team.
Responsible for new client acquisition post approval from HO.
Weekly reporting on P&L analysis, performance of individual team member and target achievements index.
