You will be joining Sicherheit Systems, a leading provider of electronic security solutions with a focus on cutting-edge products like CCTV systems and fire alarms. With over 13 years of experience, we are committed to delivering top-notch protection for residential and commercial properties by combining innovation and reliability in our solutions. As a full-time CCTV Technician based in Chennai, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. Your daily tasks will include ensuring the seamless operation of security systems, delivering exceptional customer service, and addressing any issues related to hazardous materials. Moreover, you will be expected to engage with clients, offering explanations about the systems and extending support as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess CCTV installation and troubleshooting expertise, along with outstanding communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in handling hazardous materials, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
