Job Title: Career Counselor
Location: WTT Sector 16, Noida
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 in-hand
Job Description:
We’re hiring a motivated Career Counselor to guide prospective students through admissions for UG/PG programs. The ideal candidate will manage leads, provide detailed counseling, and ensure enrollment targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and email inquiries
Counsel students & parents on course selection and admissions
Convert leads and meet admission targets
Guide students through application and documentation
Maintain communication and records using CRM
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/counseling
Fluency in Hindi and English
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Graduate in any discipline
CRM experience preferred
