Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students and working professionals via phone and digital channels.
Understand their academic background, career aspirations, preferences, and financial constraints.
Provide detailed guidance on our UG/PG programs, university affiliations, fee structures, and career outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor and help candidates choose the best-fit program and university.
Ensure consistent follow-up with leads to drive enrollment conversions.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads on CRM platforms.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
Prior experience in EdTech sales or academic counseling is a plus.
