Car Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis:Performing thorough inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Maintenance and Repair:Conducting routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid level checks, as well as more complex repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems.
• Quality Control:Ensuring all repairs and maintenance work meet quality standards and vehicle specifications.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining detailed records of all services and repairs performed, including documentation for both the customer and the dealership's records.
• Customer Communication:Explaining technical issues and repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Safety Compliance:Adhering to all safety protocols and workshop standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of automotive technology, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Diagnostic Skills: Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
• Repair Skills: Proficiency in repairing and replacing various vehicle components and systems.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex vehicle issues.
• Customer Service: Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and quality in all work.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting heavy components.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical education or certifications (e.g., ASE certifications) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
