Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Associate Car Technician to support our team of experienced technicians in the service and repair of vehicles. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or candidates with limited experience in the automotive industry. The Associate Car Technician will assist senior technicians with routine maintenance tasks, basic repairs, and workshop cleanliness, while gaining hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair techniques. This role provides an excellent opportunity for career growth and skill development in the automotive service industry. 2. Key Responsibilities Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance, repair tasks, and inspections. Support in vehicle check-ins, basic troubleshooting, and part replacements. • Perform simple tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and battery checks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workshop and service bays. Transport tools, equipment, and vehicle components as needed. Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. • Document tasks performed and report to the senior technician or supervisor. • Participate in on-the-job training sessions to build knowledge of vehicle systems and components. 3. Required Skills and Qualifications • Education: High school diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering (preferred but not mandatory). • Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in an automotive service environment. • Technical Skills: • Basic understanding of automotive systems and components. • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in vehicle repair and maintenance. • Shift: May require rotational shifts based on customer demands and service volume.repair tools.
