Car Accessories Fitter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Accessories Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a wide range of automotive accessories on new and used vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working with vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install car accessories such as stereos, alarms, dash cams, parking sensors, lighting kits, GPS systems, tow bars, roof racks, and more
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and installation manuals
• Conduct basic electrical wiring and integration of electronic systems
• Perform quality checks to ensure all installations are safe and operational
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to meet customer specifications and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used
• Ensure all work complies with safety and manufacturer standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Car Accessories Fitter or in a similar automotive role (preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to use hand and power tools confidently and safely
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of vehicle electrical systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
