Key Responsibilities Flight Booking & Ticketing: Handle domestic and international flight bookings, issue tickets accurately using airline reservation systems and GDS platforms. Amendments & Cancellations: Process rebookings, date changes, cancellations, and refunds as per airline and company policies. Customer Support: Assist customers with flight-related queries over calls, emails, or chatsincluding fare details, baggage policies, seat selection, and special requests.
