We're currently seeking a Business Analyst for Creative Communications team to join in Chennai Job Responsibilities: Analyze digital marketing campaign performance across multiple platforms (social, display, search, programmatic, etc.) Interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making Collaborate with account managers, digital strategists, and operations teams to define and measure KPIs relating to campaigns in both pre-sale and post-sale stages Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that track campaign outcomes and ROI Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Assist in scoping, planning, and evaluating new digital tools or platforms and their impact on business strategies and implications in creating and sustaining a competitive advantage Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or marketing environment Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with global clients or in a digital agency is an advantage Experience using Atlassian Cloud (JIRA), Atlassian Cloud (Confluence), Sharepoint, Genesis, Flight Ops, Grafana, DCM/DV360, and Jupyter Work Set-up: Onsite Work Shift : Employees may be assigned to fixed or shifting work schedules, to be set / changed by Management, whenever needed, depending on business requirements.
