Campaign Manager

As a Senior Executive in Ad Operations, your role involves supporting the successful execution and optimization of digital campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and other paid social environments. You will work closely with Ad Operations Managers to ensure campaigns run smoothly and align with client goals. This position provides you with the opportunity to build platform expertise, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to client success while learning best practices in Ad Operations. Campaign Management & Optimization You will be responsible for supporting campaign setup and trafficking across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely launches. Monitoring delivery and pacing, you will apply basic optimization tactics under the guidance of senior team members. Additionally, you will assist in troubleshooting issues with platforms, trackers, and targeting parameters while maintaining accurate documentation of campaign details and workflows. Client & Internal Collaboration Your role will involve compiling performance reports and contributing to internal reviews with actionable observations. Collaborating with Client Solutions Managers and other stakeholders, you will align on campaign objectives and execution plans. You may also participate in client calls or internal briefings as a support representative for the team. Platform Expertise & Innovation Staying updated on platform best practices, new features, and policy changes will be crucial. You will explore new optimization strategies and test cases with guidance from senior team members to enhance campaign performance. Team Contribution & Growth Learning from Seniors and Leads through mentorship and ongoing training will be a key aspect of your role. Participating in team knowledge-sharing sessions and contributing to a positive, learning-focused team culture will also be expected. Operational Excellence & Process Support Upholding campaign quality assurance by reviewing setups and tracking implementations is essential. You will suggest improvements to documentation or internal processes to increase efficiency in campaign execution. Success Metrics Your success will be measured by the precision in campaign setup and updates, with minimal revisions needed. Your contributions to improved pacing or performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CPV, CTR) will be monitored. Positive feedback from team members and CSMs based on communication and reliability will also be considered. Demonstrated progress in platform knowledge & tool adoption and timely and organized updates to trackers, templates, and shared documents will be part of your success metrics. Who You Are To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising operations, preferably with exposure to paid social or programmatic platforms. Basic knowledge of campaign setup, trafficking, or media execution is required. Strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn technical skills are essential. Good communication and organizational abilities, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, are also important attributes.
