Campaign Management Associate

As a Campaign Management Associate at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to client customers by collaborating with various departments such as sales, project management, operations, and accounting. Your responsibilities will include preparing and processing service, product sale, and recurring service billings, analyzing costs for accuracy and compliance, and participating in special project teams when required. It is essential to have a team-oriented approach with effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, having basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like GAM, Salesforce, and Crema, the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, and proactive analytical skills will be beneficial for this role. To excel in this position, you should be able to perform well under pressure, work effectively in a team, and ideally have 3-5 years of experience along with a graduation in Finance or Accounting discipline. Familiarity with accounting systems, particularly SAP, and certification in Digital Marketing will be advantageous. Prior customer service experience is preferred for this role. In this role, you will be expected to solve routine problems with guidance from general guidelines and your direct supervisor. You will receive detailed instructions on daily tasks and new assignments, impacting your own work within a focused scope as an individual contributor in a team setting.
