Job Description

Nestingo is hiring a Call Executive to handle inbound calls from PG seekers and guide them to book visits through our website.
What You’ll Do:
● Answer incoming calls from users looking for PGs and hostels
● Understand their location and preferences● Share details of suitable properties listed on Nestingo● Guide them to book a visit via the Nestingo website● Clear doubts and build trust with clarity and patienceWhat We’re Looking For:
● Confident speaker in Hindi (basic English helpful)
● Good listener and calm communicator● Ability to guide someone step-by-step on call● Prior call handling or customer service experience is nice, but not necessaryJob Details:
Duration: 1 Month
