Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Coordinator based in Delhi, India. The Call Coordinator will be responsible for managing and handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining detailed call records, providing customer assistance, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service or call center operations
Proficiency in using call management systems and telecommunication technology
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred
Prior experience in cooperative societies or similar organizations is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are advantageous
