Cafe Worker

The Café Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, assisting in food and beverage preparation, and ensuring a pleasant café experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take food/beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light snacks as per menu standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure that all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed at all times.
• Handle POS (Point of Sale) billing and manage cash/card transactions.
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials as needed.
• Support kitchen or service staff during busy hours.
• Report any customer feedback or equipment issues to the manager.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th pass/any degree
• Experience: 0–2 years in café/hotel/QSR industry preferred
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
