Business Manager - Sustainability

As a Business Development Manager at TARC, your primary responsibility will be to expand and grow the business by at least 25% year-on-year. You will be tasked with building on existing relationships and contacts with various clients while also developing and expanding a new client base in the cement industry globally. Your focus will be on maintaining partnerships and developing new networks to grow the LC 3 business, aiming to drive business growth, income, and continuous improvement of services to maximize business revenues for the company. Additionally, you will be expected to launch new business initiatives related to the construction sector, leveraging the increased availability of LC 3 material worldwide, in order to affirm TARC's leadership position through the high-quality delivery of consultancy and technical services. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Graduation degree in any Engineering/Science discipline along with a Post Graduation in Business Administration/Management. A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development within a reputable company/consultancy organization is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the cement/concrete or allied industries.,
