Business Manager

As a Business Manager - Design at Livspace, you will be responsible for managing the designing of 12 to 15 projects on a monthly basis through a team of 6 to 10 designers. Your key focus will be on ensuring the productivity and work output of the design team, conducting design discussions, and providing necessary trainings to enhance their technical skills. Your role will also involve overseeing the overall project management, customer experience, and relationship management. You will be expected to drive customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of design quality to achieve positive ratings on the design Net Promoter Survey. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in B.Arch or B.Interior Design, along with a Master's degree or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering at least 10 residential or interior projects from initiation to completion.
