We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to work on our lounge access via app initiatives. This role involves managing relationships with external partners, banks and financial institutions, contracting, billing and ensuring smooth operations and delivery as per project scope.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the account manager for banks and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business teams of various lounge partners.

Contracting and Negotiations:

• Assist in contract discussions with external partners, ensuring terms align with company objectives.
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams to facilitate the contracting process.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage operational tasks related to deployment and go-live processes for lounge access solution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for payments.
• Managing operations related to customer support

Reporting: Preparing management reports, MIS reports, etc.

Ad-hoc work: Assist in any other ad-hoc/ operational work as may be required

Provide support in building other business categories as required

Experience and Skills

MBA with 1+ years of experience

Strong account management & operations management skills
