Business Head - eGenius (Education ERP Vertical)

eReleGo Technologies Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing tech company delivering SaaS, LCNC, and ERP products across sectors. One of our flagship products, eGenius, is a trusted Campus & Academic Automation System used by over 600 educational institutions. We are looking for a dynamic leader to head the eGenius vertical, taking end-to-end responsibility across business growth, client success, team performance, and product innovation. As the Head of eGenius, you will drive the verticals strategy, execution, and profitability. You'll work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support to scale operations and deliver exceptional outcomes for our educational clients. Key Responsibilities - P&L Ownership: Own and deliver revenue targets, control costs, and ensure sustainable profitability of the eGenius vertical. - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (Sales, Business Analysts, Tech, Implementation & Support). - Client Success: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referenceability across institutions. - Sales & Expansion: Support sales strategy, key account management, and new market expansion. - Product Evolution: Collaborate with Product and Tech teams for continuous improvement and innovation. - Process Excellence: Streamline delivery processes, standardize implementation frameworks, and improve CSAT. - Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to management, drive OKRs, and lead review meetings. - Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to legal, operational, and data protection standards. Ideal Candidate - 10+ years in EdTech / ERP / SaaS with at least 3 years in a leadership or vertical head role. - Proven experience in managing teams and P&L responsibility. - Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and solve problems. - Tech-savvy, process-driven, and results-oriented. - Understanding of institutional sales, digital transformation in education, and ERP workflows is a plus.
