Key Details: Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (4-hour shift) Salary: ₹12,500 Fixed + ₹10,000 Variable (Based on experience and performance) Primary Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for a minimum of 2 hours during each shift, promoting our EdTech solutions. Consistently meet daily and weekly sales targets, actively contributing to overall team success. Follow up with leads by nurturing relationships, providing tailored product information, and escalating any client inquiries or issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
