Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Representative- BDR

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Shift Timing: US Shift (6:00 PM 3:30 AM IST)

Industry: B2b, SAAS

Key Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Roles)

Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified leads through digital platforms and databases.
Lead Qualification: Assess lead fit based on defined ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and funnel stages.
Outreach & Engagement: Initiate strategic outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to drive interest.
Lead Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement to build rapport and move leads through the pipeline.
Meeting Scheduling: Book discovery and qualification meetings with the internal sales or marketing team.
Market & Competitor Research: Conduct ongoing research to identify trends, target segments, and competitor activities.
Relationship Building: Build and manage long-term relationships with prospects and stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
Prior experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or sales development
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or IT services preferred
Experience working in US time zone or with US based clients is a plus
