Job Description

You will be responsible for driving business in the domestic market through close coordination with the regional sales team and ensuring cost optimization by implementing efficient solutions in alignment with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals. Your main responsibilities will include: - Analyzing technical and contractual requirements of tenders and facilitating necessary clarifications. - Collaborating with the Sales & Business Development team to address technical requirements. - Engaging with clients for technical clarifications, resolutions, and acceptance of our standard product. - Preparing technical offers for High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear systems, as well as costing and pricing the offers. - Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. - Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop the most optimized solutions within financial constraints. - Providing support to the sales team during negotiations. - Acquiring orders to achieve financial objectives. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - A degree in Electrical Engineering. - 1-3 years of experience in High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear products and tendering for the domestic market. - A team player with a customer-centric and result-oriented approach. - Proficient in MS Office with professional expertise. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Self-motivated, quick, and assertive individual. - Adaptive to changing market dynamics. - Collaborative and well-coordinated in working with others.,
