Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and clients, ensuring effective lead conversion to sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers, driving consistent sales.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, overseeing all sales activities.
  • Meet sales targets set by company on monthly basis.
  • Highlight the unique features of the product to potential customers, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Maintain regular updates on the sales pipeline in the CRM and provide any additional reports as required by the reporting manager.
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in B2B sales and preferably from interior industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
  • Candidates from other industries having flair for field sales are welcome.
