Role & responsibilities

  • dentifying and pursuing new FTL business opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Qualifying leads and converting them into potential clients.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Developing and presenting tailored proposals and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiating and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing FTL clients.
  • Understanding client requirements and ensuring their needs are met through operational teams.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
