Qualifying leads and converting them into potential clients. Building relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Developing and presenting tailored proposals and solutions to meet client needs. Negotiating and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing FTL clients. Understanding client requirements and ensuring their needs are met through operational teams. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
