Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic IT staffing , excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to acquire and manage clients across India. Responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire new Indian clients in need of IT staffing solutions. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and referrals . Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HRs, Delivery Heads, CTOs). Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver timely and quality candidate profiles. Conduct client meetings, give presentations, and submit customized proposals. Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals. Maintain detailed records in CRM tools and report to leadership on performance metrics.
