Job Title: Sales Executives  Qualifications: Any Graduate  Experience: 02 to 03 Years  Salary: (min 25000/- & Based on Interview & experience) Location: MUMBAI (Harbour, Western & Central Line)  Our services include: - * Domestic and International Air Ticketing * Visa and Travel Insurance * Flight Group Booking * Domestic and International Holiday Packages Job Description: • Responsible for growth of sales of assigned vertical. • To ensure that the Client get an exceptional experience. • Responsible for interacting with Agency's , understanding their needs, wants, queries, complaints, comfort etc. • Responsible for interacting with service providers to ensure end to end booking completion and any follow ups that maybe required. • Establish & maintain a positive image of New Bharat Group as a brand by providing exceptional & consistent Client experience. • Get a deep understanding of New Bharat products in assigned vertical so as to handle Agency queries effectively, and take appropriate actions to provide end to-end customer service, care, comfort & delight. • Interact with Client regarding their orders and other aspects via calls, chat and emails professionally. • Responsible for constant follow up with the Client regarding services and support. • Achieve maximum customer delight by establishing rapport with Client and catering to their requirements. • Interact with Service providers to close the sales. • Analyze the touch points & processes and suggest improvements to enhance overall Client experience. • Generating new inquiries, converting it into sales, Revenue generating for the company also handling Client queries and complaints and resolving it within given TAT time. • Generating Revenue for the Company.
