Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities within the real estate sector. Your responsibilities will include nurturing relationships with potential clients, collaborating with various teams to develop innovative solutions, and driving revenue growth for the agency. You will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate industry will be essential, along with identifying partnership opportunities to expand the agency's client base. Presenting agency services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, website design, and branding to prospective clients will be part of your regular tasks. Negotiating and closing deals with new clients to meet revenue targets, collaborating with the marketing team to create customized solutions, and staying updated on industry trends and competitors are also key responsibilities. Attending industry events, networking functions, and client meetings will be crucial in generating leads and increasing brand awareness. Monitoring client satisfaction levels to ensure high-quality service delivery for client retention and repeat business will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital marketing or real estate industry. A strong understanding of digital marketing services, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential requirements for this role.
