Job Description

Responsibilities

Youll be responsible for bringing the new business in the company.
Direct side of business i.e. Property, Fire, Marine, Property, Health, Liability insurance
Defining target demographics and proposing ways to expand us
Setting goals based on documented company revenue and projected budgets
Support insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and other marketing initiatives that foster new and engage existing members of target audience groups
Proactively monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, flagging relevant reports to managers, as needed

Strategy & Governance

Define strategies and lead the formulation of initiatives to support local and regional objectives/directions and facilitate the development of corresponding operational plans.
Ensure governance structures and processes are in place to meet corporate and regulatory compliance requirements
